About Us
County Line Fire Pizzeria & Tapas is a family dream turned reality. Founded by husband-and-wife team Tobie and Gloriann Robinson, we started as a food truck with a fierce love for cheesy, fire-kissed pizza and all the playful topping combos we could imagine. With our two sons cheering us on and sometimes rolling dough beside us, we’ve grown into a full-service restaurant that celebrates bold flavors, warm hospitality, and a shared sense of place.
Nestled in Shelton’s historic downtown, our building’s vintage bones are full of character—just like our menu. Every Neapolitan-style pizza is hand-stretched and fired in our wood oven. Our tapas and seasonal specials are crafted with care, using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible.
